OUI Cases in Massachusetts

The Boston Globe recently published an article on how difficult it is to prosecute OUI (Operating Under the Influence) cases in Massachusetts.  OUI cases are commonly referred to as DUI (Driving Under the Influence) or drunk driving cases in other states.
