Case Blurb: Cybersource v. Retail Decisions

On August 16, 2011, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit issued a decision in Cybersource Corp. v. Retail Decisions.  The Court of Appeals’ opinion deals with software designed to detect credit card fraud and whether the software is patentable.  Hamilton Smith Brook Reynolds, a law firm based out of Concord, MA that specializes in intellectual property law, wrote a quick article on the case and it can be found here.
